Shipping

Shipping destinations:

• We currently ship Canada-wide.

Shipping times:

• Orders take 1-3 business days to be fulfilled and take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you once shipped. Chow Time strives for same-day fulfillment.

• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other environmental factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders $75 and up will have free shipping.

• Orders under $75 will be charged a small shipping fee depending on location. The full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Payments

What payment methods do you take?

• We accept secure payments for customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency.

• Cash payments are available for Charlottetown, PEI.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return or exchange policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund.

• Timing: 14 days Return & Exchange Policy since the day the item was received.


• "The Nose Knows" - If your pup turns their nose the other way when you try to give them Kibble Drizzle™, try introducing it another way, such as on a spoon or straight from the bottle! If your pup continues to reject our product, we will offer you a 100% refund or exchange, with proof of rejection.


• For returns, please email info@chowtimepetfoods.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Chow Time will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

• When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

How do I order your products?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for the goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

Why did your prices increase?

Chow Time strives to keep its products affordable so that all pets can be happy and healthy. We have seen a significant increase in the demand for Chow Time products, and we're very happy to provide healthy and flavourful products for your pets.

We are aware that customers may be unhappy with price increases. Let's be honest, no one likes that! Throughout the struggles of Covid19 and the burden it has put on our everyday lives, suppliers have also shut down, prices have risen, and things have also gotten tougher for manufacturers. With a standard for top-quality ingredients and your pet's health in our minds, there was no choice but to seek those pricey ingredients. We share the concern for rising prices. However, please know that a portion of all proceeds go to animal charities, so every bit counts.

Do you plan on selling limited ingredient products?

Yes. We are currently developing new flavours containing requested limited recipes. 

If you would like to submit a request we would be open to reviewing and acting on our community's needs.

Do you offer sample sizes?

We are currently developing sample pouches that will be available at retail locations across the country and on our online store.
